Mr. O’Connell brings a depth of operational and capital markets experience including buy-side deal origination and portfolio management, sell-side advisory and sitting in the shoes of an entrepreneur managing business growth, capital and liquidity. Mr. O’Connell co-founded and served as CFO of Joule Energy, a residential and commercial solar integration company, and has worked in investment banking, asset management and private equity. Stephen graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA Charterholder, and outside of the office, spends quality time with his wife and two young sons.
