Mr. O’Connell is a finance executive and CFA Charterholder with nearly two decades of experience spanning private equity, corporate finance, and operating leadership. Most recently, he led the acquisition of Dominion Siding - DominionX's founding platform - joining as Vice President of the Board and Advisory Board Member, helping lead the company's add-on acquisition of Royal Exteriors, raise the capital to fund both, and build out its GAAP accounting, audit, and FP&A / ERP infrastructure - culminating in a successful recapitalization in July 2026.

Earlier in his career, Mr. O'Connell co-founded and served as CFO of Joule Energy, a residential and commercial solar integration company, and has held roles in investment banking, asset management, and private equity, including deal origination, portfolio management, and sell-side advisory work.
